No online How Come? account
The current version of How Come? does not create an online account and does not upload profile names, avatars or progress to a How Come? account server. There is therefore no remote app account to close.

How to remove How Come? local data, manage advertising privacy choices and contact the publisher about personal data.

Delete one local profile
Open How Come?, go to Settings, select the profile you want to remove and choose Delete local profile. Confirm the action. The profile name, avatar and episode progress stored for that profile are removed from the device.
Delete all local app data
Delete each profile in Settings or remove the application using the device's operating-system controls. Depending on platform settings, an operating-system or cloud backup may keep a separate copy governed by the platform provider. Manage those backups in your Apple or Google account settings.
Advertising privacy choices
Where required, open Settings in How Come? and choose Advertising privacy options to review or change consent choices handled through Google User Messaging Platform. Resetting local app data may also reset the local consent state.
Email and support data
To request access, correction or deletion of personal data you previously sent directly to the publisher, email games@cloudandcluster.com from the relevant address and write “Data request” in the subject. Describe the request and product; do not send identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are necessary.
What may be retained
The publisher may retain limited correspondence or records when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If that applies, we will explain the category and reason in response to a request.
