Use products lawfully and do not attempt to harm, overload, bypass security, obtain unauthorized access, infringe rights or use the software to distribute malicious or unlawful content.
Software, writing, graphics, audio, brands and other original content are owned by the publisher or licensed contributors and are protected by law. No ownership rights transfer to the user.
Cloud & Cluster, C&C Games and product names identify the relevant projects. Third-party names remain the property of their owners.

We work to keep products accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation on every device. We may update, correct or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, subject to consumer law.
