This policy covers developer.cloudandcluster.com, support correspondence and applications published under Cloud & Cluster or C&C Games. Third-party services process data under their own terms where described below.
The website has no user accounts, newsletter, contact form or product analytics. We do not intentionally set non-essential analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
Hosting and security providers may process technical request data such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, time and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in reliable, secure publication (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you email us, we process the address, message content and any details you choose to provide so we can answer, diagnose a problem, meet a legal obligation or handle a potential claim.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request, performing a contract, complying with law or our legitimate interest in user support and protecting legal claims, depending on the matter. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
How Come? currently works without an online account. A profile name, avatar configuration, language and appearance choices, audio settings and episode progress are stored locally on the device and are not sent to a How Come? account server.
Local profiles can be deleted from Settings. Uninstalling the app may also remove its local data, subject to operating-system backup behavior.
How Come? may use Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform. A non-personalized full-screen ad may be requested only after a completed episode and after progress is saved. There are no advertising banners inside lessons and no separate product analytics SDK in the current version.
Google and advertising partners may process an IP address, device or advertising identifiers, general device information, ad impressions, interactions and diagnostics to deliver, secure and measure advertising. The exact processing depends on location, consent choices and the ad served. Where required, consent choices are requested before an ad and can be reopened from app Settings.
Local app data remains on the device until the user deletes a profile, clears app data or removes the app. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the matter and, where necessary, for legal or accounting limitation periods. Technical security logs are retained according to the hosting provider's operational schedule.
Data may be handled by infrastructure, email and advertising service providers only to provide their services. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using applicable safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Where GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Rights depend on the legal basis and circumstances.

How Come? v1 is intended for users aged 16 and over and is not specifically directed to children. It is educational and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
